Why is my domain not working anymore?

  We were using a domain that is hosted by godaddy and our wordpress site would use this domain. Now when we try to access the website, it doesn’t appear and the only way I can see it is if we use the actual domain.wordpress.com address. We never paid wordpress anything monthly and the last time I noticed our regular domain was working fine was in July 2020. Why is it not working now?

  There could be several reasons: your domain mapping at wordpress.com expired, your domainregistration at GoDaddy expired, … Wait for a Staff member who can check what’s going on.

  We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind since 2016 under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain you’re referring to?

  Yes, like mentioned previously, we had never been charged to have our wordpress site use our domain: esplive.net. Now the site does not appear and the only way I can view it is by using the actual wordpress domain: esplive.wordpress.com.

  The domain esplive.net was never registered with us or hosted here.

  Currently, it’s registered and hosted with GoDaddy, so I recommend contacting them about this: https://www.godaddy.com/help
