Why is my domain parked?

Hi! My client’s domain was recently parked, and this occurred after my client purchased a renewal for the domain on April 2nd of this year. We are not sure what is going on or how to fix it. Can you diagnose what is happening? The domain is http://crestview-youth.org

  • Hi there,

Our records show that crestview-youth.org expired on June 3, 2018.

Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about domain expiration here:

    Domain Expiration

However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $26 and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
