why is my link larger than the surrounding text?

  my link is larger than the surrounding text

  Can you show me a specific post/page where you are seeing this happen?

  You can see it in my blog (redwoodduff.wordpress.com) and look at the very first (and only) post. Scroll down to the link to David Suzuki’s Healthy Ocean blog. I added the link while I was in Text mode.

  I have figured it out!

  You had the post format set to “link” rather than “standard”. I changed it and the big text went away.
