why is my media not displaying?
-
Hi there,
I have a page that is not displaying correctly. On our “Members” page are a number of audio tracks listed in alphabetical order, when I edit that page from the Dashboard all of the information is visible however, when I view the page publicly all of the tracks between the letters C – S are missing.
Your urgent help is required as these tracks facilitate a choir to do their own practice at home before an upcoming performance. Most of our members depend on having access to this material.
Thankyou,
Jolene Moran

Hi Jolene,
I took a look, and I see that some of the tracks starting with “S” have this code at the end:
[/audio]Can you please try removing that code anywhere it’s included on that page? All you need for the audio tracks to work is the code that looks like this:
[audio http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/mattmullenweg-interview.m4a]It looks like the extra code at the end of some of those tracks is causing some trouble, so removing it should fix the page. If you have any questions about that, or if that doesn’t fix it, please let me know! :)

You’re welcome! I’m glad that fixed it. :) Just let me know if I can help with anything else.
