Why is my site down?
-
I host my blog (closetvanity.com) on wordpress.com and it will not direct me to the site. It has been down since FRIDAY and no one has replied to any of my support requests. How do I get my site back up ASAP?

Howdy,
If you’re trying to point your domain to a WordPress.com blog, please make sure your name servers point to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comYou can make the change at Store -> Domains in your dashboard:

My apologies– I misstated my problem. I host my blog on GoDaddy but WordPress is my registrar. It was perfectly configured until my domain expired on WordPress and upon renewal (1/17/12), is no longer functioning properly. My name server and host IP are both correctly addressed yet the auttomatic parking page will not go away.

It looks like the only problem is the nameservers not pointing to GoDaddy.
You’ll need to follow the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers to re-direct them to GoDaddy.

The nameservers ARE pointing to GoDaddy. GoDaddy provided me with the nameservers NS49.DOMAINCONTROL.com and NS50.DOMAINCONTROL.com.

They don’t appear to be the correct nameservers in this case. GoDaddy is our registrar partner (via Wild West Domains), so our parked nameservers are also GoDaddy nameservers.
I recommend contacting GoDaddy to make sure that you have the right ones set.
