Why is my site not able to be viewed when my domain fees have been paid?

    I have already paid the custom domain name fee for this year, but my site will not display when the url is accessed. It tells me to see the domain upgrade page, where it had me map the domain name that I already have, and tried to recharge me the $18 I’ve already paid. It even says the domain name is paid until next June on the My Updates page. How can I get my site back up and working?
