Why is my subscription expired when I just purchased my domain name?

  I just purchased my domain name ‘off4thandgraham.com’ and it says my subscription is expired. Is there something wrong with the account?

  Hi there,

  Where are you seeing the message that your subscription is expired?

  I just checked your account, and your domain registration for off4thandgraham.com is valid through May 12, 2015.

  If you’re looking at the message that says “Expiring – will stop functioning on May 12, 2015” under Store > My Domains in your dashboard, that’s just to warn you that your upgrade is set to expire on that date. If you’d like, you can enable Auto Renew for your domain by going to Store > My Upgrades. That way, we will try to automatically renew your domain for you before it expires next year.
