Why is my total space available not 15.7GB?

  I just bought a space upgrade for 10GB (I already had 5.7GB on my site), why is my total not 15.7GB of space available? I had already bought a space upgrade last year for 10GB and only used 2.7. It states on your website that the space upgrades are cumulative. I see that it says you can buy one of each type, but it is very misleading because you are paying per year so I thought it meant that you could buy one per year, not one forever.

  Can I purchase more than one Space Upgrade?
  Yes. Space upgrades are cumulative. You can purchase one of each type. If you purchase a 10 GB upgrade, you’ll have a total of 13 GB of storage space (your free 3 GB, plus purchased 10 GB). If you purchase a 25 GB upgrade next, you’ll have a total of 38 GB of storage space, and so on.

  Your blog comes with a free 3 GB upload space. Together with the additional 10 GB space upgrade you’ve purchased this is a total of 13GB. You are currently using 5.7 GB out of 13.0 GB upload limit (44%).
