Why is my Youtube embed failing?

  I uploaded two videos to Youtube, set as Unlisted. Then I tried to embed them, leaving a blank line before and after, removing the hyperlink, ensuring there were no white spaces on the line with the URL, and so on. The videos do not embed, but instead show up as hyperlinks. What can I do to fix this?
