Why is Reader showing many and increasing duplicate posts?

  I post I recently published at MeatFireGood.com did not show as being published. I republished, and it appeared. Now, my reader is showing an ever increasing number of duplicates for this post — over 20 and counting. It shows this on my laptop and on my iPad.
  Please help, I am concerned this may crash my subscriber’s reader and losing subscribers.
