Why is someone else's text showing up next to my post in the WordPress Topics?

  My post showed up in the wordpress topics, but with someone else’s text. I was editing my gallery page (I use the Photography theme). I noticed each of my gallery posts would show up when I went to look under the “Art” topic in the wordpress blog search. But there was no picture, just my name, my gravatar and someone else’s strange text.
