Why is the enqeue in wordpress a complete clusterfuck to use? functions.php is fucking awful to edit.

  You don’t have access to the system files on the wordpress.com platform, so your are in the wrong forum. I suggest you post your question on the wordpress.org forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
