Why is the link color not displaying properly?

Hello! Links are not displaying the proper color in posts and/or widgets; the hover color working properly. I’ve paid for and am using the Custom Design Add-On within the Twenty-Twelve Theme. Please help.

The current hover color is dark blue. You can choose and adjust colors at https://hvuj.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php#colors

Yes, kardotim the hover color is display property (dark blue). The static link color (suppose to be #21759b) is not working — some of my links, not all, are displaying in gray.

There are 3 different link colors. One of the link itself, one if you hover over it, and one if you have already visited the link before. That last color is probably the grey color you are seeing.
I’ve just added some CSS code so the visited link color stays #21759b .

kardotim, thank you for adding the code – this is a big improvement. I am having the same problem within the widgets, but I may just select a new theme rather than continue to find and need these little adjustments. Thanks again for your help!
