Why is the Milestone widget showing incorrect countdown?

  I am using the Milestone Widget to countdown to June 15th. Since March 15th it has said there are 2 months to go when in fact there are 3 months to go.

  This is actually by design. The widget only shows the largest unit of time. So, 3 months and 5 days is displayed as 3 months, and 2 months and 24 days is displayed as 2 months.

  I’ll see what we can do to apply a threshold that averages out the remaining months, since 2 months and 24 days is of course much closer to 3 months than 2.

  Many thanks for a prompt reply. It would certainly be beneficial if you were able to apply the threshold to average out the remaining months. In the meantime I will remove the milestone widget as it is confusing to some people. Please let me know if you have success and i will re-apply the widget.

  You’re welcome! I don’t see development activity on the widget yet, but then again I did file it very late Friday afternoon.
