Why is there a home button on picture on blog page &only one blog post showing?

On this page – http://www.meganmacleod.com/blog/
There is only 1 previous blog post showing up. I cannot figure out how to change it so that 10 show. I have the settings to 10 per page in Tools>Reading.
Also, the text under Welcome to MeganMacLeod. Why is that there? I cannot figure out how to remove it.
