Why is there a price difference in the plans in USD vs INR?

On this site I see that the plans are in USD- https://wordpress.com/start/plans/en
But on this site I see plans in INR – https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Example:
In the first site, Personal Plan in USD is $4 == INR 295.98But on the second site, the same Personal Plan in INR is INR160
1. Why is there such a price difference?
2. Is there any difference in the features/service provided?
3. I am planning on buying a domain and creating a blog, please advice on which site should I proceed buying the plan and all that.Please Acknowledge. Thanks a ton!

1. Why is there such a price difference?
We adjust the pricing of our plans for each country or geographical region. That’s why you see that difference.
2. Is there any difference in the features/service provided?
No. None. All our plans offer the same features no matter the country you reside in.
3. I am planning on buying a domain and creating a blog, please advice on which site should I proceed buying the plan and all that.
That depends on where you reside. If you’re in India I can change your account’s currency from USD to INR. Then you can proceed with the plan purchase.
If you’re located in the US or somewhere else I can leave the currency to USD.

Hey fstat! Thanks for your response. I live in India.
When I go to wordpress.com and select “Get Started”, I use my google account to login as usual. Then it first takes me to the Domain pricing page and then to the Plan pricing page.
Domain pricing page is listed in INR but Plan pricing is listed in USD.
Can you please change Plan pricing to INR for me if that is even possible or you want me to do something differently?

I’ve updated your currency to INR so you should not see prices in USD anymore. Hope that helps.
