Why is WordPress hosting the prolifewhistleblower site?

I just want to know why they’re allowing people in Texas to dox Texas women.
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

That site is using the WordPress software from https://wordpress.org but it is not hosted by us at https://wordpress.com
And, to clear up any confusion, we are two entirely different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

So they’re using your software. When you’re blocked from their site, you’re told that you’ve been blocked through WordPress with no .com or .org. So why is WordPress.org allowing them to use their blocking software to implement their doxing site?

Again, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely different entities.

With that said, WordPress.org is just software, they have no more control over the sites that use it than Microsoft has over documents written in Microsoft Word.
What you’ll want to do is contact the site’s hosting provider. Try https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/ for that.
