Why is WordPress not sending me daily post emails from the blogs that I follow?

  Hi, I am following 235 blogs and have set my notifications to “daily post emails” for most of them. I set the notifications on Sunday, August 25, 2013, but still have not received any daily post emails. I’ve had this notification setting before and it worked, but now it’s not. I’ve checked both my Trash and Spam folders in Gmail and the emails are not going there. I’ve all my Gmail settings but I haven’t found anything that would suggest the emails are being intercepted. Please advise. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Gmail recently introduced a new feature that creates multiple tabs in your inbox: https://mail.google.com/mail/help/intl/en-US/features.html

  Can you check the Social and Promotions tabs to see if the notification emails are there? If they aren’t, please let me know and I can investigate this further on our end. Thanks!

  Hi, Rachel,
  I have the tabs set up but the daily posts still are not there. Last night I reset a few blog notifications to instant post emails and I’ve received those. Perplexed as to why the daily post emails are not coming through. Thanks for looking into this!

  Thanks for that additional information! I checked with our team, and we are currently investigating an issue with digest emails not being sent properly. I don’t have an exact timeline for when it will be fixed, but we’re working on it. :) Thanks for reporting this!
