Why is wordpress.com appearing in a disintegrated fashion when accessed?

Whenever I try to login to my blog, it appears in a disintegrated manner starting from the login page itself. This has been going on since last week. I have tried everything but am unable to find a solution. On logging in the entire background is white and everything else is stacked on the left minus any pictures or icons. Moreover, at the bottom it keeps displaying that the blog is being blocked from the reader. None of the wordpres blogs are opening properly. Please help!

Probably your ISP is blocking WordPress.com image servers. This is especially common in the UK, where they think of one site has porn on it, might as well block the whole platform. Contact your ISP and ask them to whitelist WordPress.com and your blog in particular.
