Why isn't it showing I cancelled my customization upgrade?

  I keep trying to cancel the upgrade to customize but it doesn’t say cancellation pending.

  Hi there,

  You can follow this guide to cancel your upgrades: My Upgrades: Canceling Upgrades

  I went ahead and cancelled your Custom Design upgrade and issued a full refund, so you should be all set with that. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
