Why isn't my comment box showing up?

  Even though I have checked the right settings under “Settings>Discussion”, a comment box does not appear on my home page posts, though it does appear on my About page. The link is sinophilesblog.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your comment box will never appear on the Blog page. It only appears on individual post pages. The only theme where comments appear on the front is P2.
