Why isn't the show summary setting working in my reading settings?

I have selected ‘show summary’ int he Reading menu of general settings but I am still getting the entire blog post in my blog feed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That setting is for your site’s RSS feed:
http://canberrataxadvisor.com.au/feed/
As as you can see, it is just showing a summary of your posts.
If you were trying to make a different change, can you let me know what you were trying to do? I’ll be happy to try and help.
