Why isn't there any comments field on my blog?

  I’ve followed instructions on your help pages, but whatever I do I can’t get a ‘leave comments’ section to appear on my blog. It wasn’t there from the moment I set the blog up, i.e. it didn’t appear to be a default setting, but I’m using the most popular template, so I think there’s a problem. Help!

  Comment forms are only visible at individual (post) pages. For example on this post.
