    why my account is receiving invoice. I want money back guarantee and please don’t charge my card. I switched to Free plan several days ago.

    What charge is this in reference to? Outside of a Jetpack charge for $1 over a week ago, there is no history of pending charges under this account.

    I received an email yesterday that said, that I will be charged $109.81 for a renewal on November 22, 2022. I had previously unsubscribed from all subscriptions previously. I don’t even remember ever subscribing to Jetpack Social Basic that the email refers to. This exact email I received a month ago as well.

    https://superstarsbio.com/? If so, it looks like there was an introductory offer for the first month for $1, but you canceled before the annual charge for the Jetpack subscription occurred back on 11/8. So, from this end, there are no upcoming charges from this particular account.
