why my "insert into post" is the grey not the black. can't click

I just want to add an image in my post page, but when I choose the “use URL”, my “insert into post” is the grey color, can’t be clicked. how do I post a linked image?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This generally happens if the URL is incorrect. WordPress actually checks to see if the image actually exists or not to help prevent problems.

That isn’t an image URL. That is a page that has the image on it, and they have blocked getting to the actual URL to keep people from hotlinking to it and putting it into their blogs or sites.
