Why my primary domain isn't working?

  Hi,

  I have a problem with my primary domain. I redirected my domain (www.jonnamaista.com) today, and as soon as I changed my primary domain from jonnamaista.wordpress.com to jonnamaista.com, my site stopped working. I had no access to my blog and it only said “This webpage has a redirect loop”.

  Once I changed it back to jonnamaista.wordpress.com it started working again, and also my domain directs to the blog. How can I make the primary domain work?

  In order for the domain jonnamaista.com to direct to your blog jonnamaista.wordpress.com, you’ll need to change your name servers to the following:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Thank you for your reply! The problem isn’t that the domain doesn’t direct to my blog, it’s about the primary domain. I’ve already changed the Cnames (although the third one wasn’t in the directions). As soon as I change my primary domain to jonnamaista.com, the site doesn’t work anymore. Is there anything I could do for this?

  It looks like you didn’t remove your old name servers when you added ours. You’ll need to remove those before you domain will work correctly:

  http://who.is/dns/jonnamaista.com
