why my site name is showing number

  please i made a purchased about this site few months ago but i bought a wrong plan which is premium plan but i was unable to install theme so i request for a refund. now i want to buy a business plan but i noticed my site name is showing http://www.jokax152352707 instead of http://www.jokax.com, why?

  Hi there,

  As you mentioned, you cancelled the plan, and also the domain name jokax.com. This means that the plan and domain name were removed from your site, so it is a free site. Therefore, as a free site, it uses the basic “.wordpress.com” address instead, which is jokax152352707.wordpress.com.

  If you purchase a new plan, you can once more register the jokax.com domain and use it as the “primary” domain on your site instead of jokax152352707.wordpress.com.
