Why no one is answering in live chat support

    I have wordpress.com creator plan, and I have some questions related to my hosting plan, and I am trying to contact support staff via live chat from the last 3 days and surprisingly there is no reply from Hapiness engineers niether on the chat niether on the Email.

    What’s happening.

    All these claims of 24/7 live chat support are just for sales purpose, I think.

    I see no WordPress.com sites linked to the email address you used to contact us.

    Can you please make sure to log in to the correct account and see if you still have trouble contacting us via live chat?

    I need help too, have tried for an hour now. What is the problem? Everything has changed, too complicated for me, not easy to understand anything,
