why redirect is not working?
-
I paid for an offsite redirect of gppablog.org , a domain name that I registered with you, to apeekatthepeak.org, which is hosted by hostgator. It’s not happened. When I browse for gppablog.org I get a blank screen. Note that I had previously changed the Name Servers for gppablog.org to two given me by hostgator.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Bottom Line. If users enter http://www.gppablog.org into their browsers I want them to be taken to http://www.apeekatthepeek.org
Thanks for your help

Hi there,
Your site redirect upgrade is working, for example, if someone visits your site at its free address here: http://peakazblog.wordpress.com/
That redirects visitors to your site here: http://apeekatthepeak.org/
However, since your domain http://gppablog.org/ is not pointed to WordPress.com, it isn’t using your site redirect. You can force it to use the site redirect by pointing its name servers back to WordPress.com, if you’d like. You can do that using the “Edit Domain” button on your My Domains page here:
https://peakazblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
However, you don’t need a site redirect upgrade to redirect that domain to your HostGator site. You can do that by making sure the name servers your domain is using are the right ones for your HostGator site, and that everything is configured on that site to use your domain name there.
Another option is to completely transfer your domain name there, so that your domain is also registered with your site’s host. We have a guide for that here: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
