Why?? .. Redirecting to unknow site while using WordPress panel of my Site..

  I am facing an issue while using ‘WordPress MultiSIte’ powered by Bitnami. I am redirecting to some unknown sites while clicking on any of the options in wordpress panel. (Sometimes it starts from the wordpress login page itself). Is that any kind of Virus attack or hacking.
  I am using google cloud platform for hosting my site, and my domain name is registered under google. Please help me to get rid of this.

  You are in the wrong forum as wordpress.com is in no way related to Bitnami. You must contact Bitnami support to solve this problem.
