Why the domain registration doesn't work?

    I registered the domain name “fulix.net” and entered all credit card informations required, but after confirming, I saw a message saying that an error had occurred, and that I should not be reload the page.
    Instead of fields to fill in their contact information, I saw an inscription “17 WordPress credits”, so I tried to validate my order with it.
    But after validation, I was told that my creadit cards informations are bad! And now I can not restart the process because the domain “fulix.net” is blocked.
    Do something please!
