  Hello sir,
  I am Rahul Singh and i created a free WordPress blog and i want ti change my blog them but i can’t change it because its show same error please sir solv it.

  Hello Rahul,
  Try this:
  1. Clear your browsers cache and cookies.
  2. Login again.
  3. Try to change your theme and see if it resolves it.
