Why the tool "Export" doesn't work with my blog?

It looks like we last helped you with this in November. As mentioned back then, your blog is too large, so you’ll either need our help exporting the whole thing, or you’ll need to export a specific date range.
Have you tried just exporting the months since you last exported in November?

Yes, you told me this, but how can it be too big since just the 3% of the available space is used?
Anyway, I’ve tried exporting a specific date range and it works, but I can choose a range just for posts or pages, and not for everything together.

The available space only counts your media files. Specifically, it’s your 34,814 comments that are too much to export in one shot.
Does it definitely work for you if you export your post and pages for the separate date ranges?
Also, what do you need these export files so frequently for?

Ok, for backup, I recommend sticking to the date-specific export. You’ll be able to generate these whenever you want without waiting for us, and they’ll work in addition to the complete export that you already received.
