Why trying to automatically renew my website one month ahead of the renewal date?

My company’s website is due for renewal on November 19th, 2018, but my website, Espritdesecurityusa.com was suspended on October 20th, 2018. Why the suspension one month before the renewal date??

Your site was not suspended. It was locked, and this happened because you filed a chargeback against us after the renewal payment for your site was made. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and that causes all upgrades to be removed from the site and the site locked pending resolution of the chargeback.

The upgrades renewed last week because we renew all WordPress.com plans a month before they expire. This is explained in our renewal policy, here:
