Why Was I Charged?

  Hi,

  I was charged $99 and I am wondering why. I signed up for what I thought was a free trial. Can you please explain why I was charged and if it is possible to get my money back?

  Hi Dan,

  I checked your account dbabs2014 and I don’t see any upgrades or charges there. I just sent you an email to gather more details about that charge so I can find it on our end and help you out with that. Please let me know if you don’t get that email from me!
