Why was I charged unauthorized charge of 99

  hi my name is Andrea Martinez and i recently saw a charge for 99 $ on my card when i logged on I saw no charge on my history. I did not authorize this and would like a refund.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Do you know of any other account that you own? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
