Why was my debit card declined?

  Why was my debit card declined? There is plenty of money in the account to renew my $20 annual 10 GB fee.

  I entered all the proper info…it declined to take it. Why?

  I’m sorry for the trouble. Can you please let me know the exact error message you received?

  Sometimes, your bank will block transactions as a fraud prevention measure. Can you also check with your bank to make sure they aren’t blocking the transaction?

  I checked with my bank…they HAD blocked it because it was deemed ‘suspicious’… why is WordPress coming up as ‘suspicious’ at banks? This doesn’t look good for you guys….

  I’m not sure why your bank thought the transaction was suspicious. If they can provide any additional information about that, I’d be happy to pass it along to our team.
