Why wont blog images update? I have to press "see permalink" to see changes.

When I update my blog photos they do not appear on my home page. It reverts to the old photo I had posted.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you mean the image seen on the front page, you’ll need to update your featured image: http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
