why wont image go into medium size at end of my blog?
-
I found it easy at first to insert photos into this blog – but as the blog grew in size the software did not allow me to insert medium size images – instead as you’ll see the last two images would only go in full size. Why did this happen how can I prevent this problem in future.
Secondly, I found that in edit mode the text would wrap nicely around an image but when I went into preview – the text lost its position and began to appear either over images or dangling over the end of a line – completely unlike the way I had arranged it in edit mode. Why did this happen? Again how do I stop this happening. many thanks . bw martin weitz

The first issue should be all fixed up now.
As for the second issue, unfortunately text wrapping is not an exact science. How your browser displays fonts and their sizes in the editor may differ from the site, which will have an effect on how the text is wrapped.

many thanks for your help – is there a particular browser which works best with WordPress?
The problem seems to occur most when I added several pictures between small paragraphs of text – is this a cause? Ie is it better to have larger volumes of text between each individual image?
Is this problem exacerbated in the free version of WP? Is there a version which can accept loads of captioned pictures without any issues?

Yeah, the probably is adding multiple images in smaller paragraphs. No matter what you do, it will always look better with one image in a large block of text.
The browser shouldn’t make much of a different, but I personally prefer WebKit browsers, like Safari and Chrome.
