Why won't it let me create a premium site?

  I am trying to create a blog and upgrade it so premium. It will not let me do either. Please help.

  do you have a phone number for me to call? I can’t get it to let me create a site and upgrade it to premium.

  There is no phone number. Your blog is here http://cavclr.wordpress.com/ and if you want to turn it into a premium blog, go to the dashboard of that particular blog, and on the Store page, choose whatever upgrade or bundle you like.

  If that doesn’t work, please tell us what you’ve tried and what error you’re getting, at what point in the process.
