Why won't my blog load design tools for customization?

  When I try to customize my blog the design tools won’t load. It simply reads ‘loading’ on the right hand column but I can’t change my blog, or add widgets etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Customizer relies on using up-to-date browsers, especially Chrome and FireFox. If you need to update your browser, you can do so at http://browsehappy.com/

  The good news is that you can still do a lot without using the Customizer. Have a look in your site’s Dashboard>Appearance.
