I have the new 2014 theme with the content slider across the top, but I can’t get it to show up. How do I fix it?

    Hi there,

Have you taken a look at the Twenty Fourteen Support page? :

    https://wordpress.com/themes/twentyfourteen/

    It states that:

The home page features your choice of up to six posts that are prominently displayed in a grid or a slider, and controlled by the “featured” post tag. You can change the tag and the layout in Appearance → Customize. Use this “Featured Content” area to make sure your best articles get noticed.

After looking into your account, I found that the tag set is Featured when you go to Appearance > Customize > Featured Content. However, when I went to Posts > Tags there were no posts with that tag.

So you can either change the tag by going to Appearance > Customize > Featured Content, or tag the posts you wanted featured with Featured.

Let me know if you have any questions with this!
