Why won't Site Redirect redirect to my Behance site?

  I’m very (very) new at this whole website/wordpress thing, so I’m still figuring out the basics of building my own site. While that’s in the process, I purchased Site Redirect so that my domain could redirect to my Behance site (behance.net/nickferran), but it does not work. My domain (nickferran.com) redirects to Behance’s “Oops this page cannot be found” error page.
  Again, I’m very new at this, so forgive me if I’m making a silly mistake.

  I took a look and everything is working properly. Can you please try clearing out your cache?

  I cleared my cache, and also had a few other people try from their respective computers, and it’s still going to the Behance error page whenever I go to nickferran.com. What are we doing wrong?

  Okay, I did some more research and set up my redirect site as a shortened url for my Behance site (http://tinyurl.com/behancenf), which works on its own when copied into the browser. It also works as a redirect site for nickferran.wordpress.com, but not for nickferran.com.
  Do I need to somehow set the root for the redirect site or am I doing something else wrong?

  It seems adding a hash (#) to your address resolved the issue. If you still see the old redirect, then please try clearing out your cache.
