Why won;t the Dashoboard load completely?

  When I log in to the dashboard, the tools section with all of the iterms – Themes, Headers, etc. will not load. I have cleaned oout the cache. Everything was fine earlier,, but now ill not load. if this is a common problem, I would like to know as I am trying to move over from Blogger which never had an issue like this.

  Do you have any luck if you check or uncheck “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages” at Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard?
