Why won't the nav bar update?

  When I make changes to the page organization the nav bar doesn’t reflect the changes. Even if I entirely delete a page that is in the nav bar it remains.
  I’ve tried many things including clearing the cache and cookies but the result is the same.

  I see you have a Custom Menu over here. Make sure you select the ‘Primary Menu’ from the dropdown menu at the left hand side ‘Theme locations’ box.
