Why won't the title of my post show on the home page of my blog?

I’ve created a new post. The post title does not show on home page. It shows when you go directly to the post page. However, from the home page the post displays with no title.
It should be entitled “HUAC Baltimore’s Unwavering Support of Alma Mater”, which shows on the dashboard.
Why is the title not showing up? Please advise.

At http://presidentribeau.com/ I see “HUAC Baltimore’s Unwavering Support of Alma Mater” for the title of the most recent post.
