  Hi, I changed the theme of my blog and I can’t get the twitter widget to show up. Also, I can’t get the pictures to show up on my blog’s front page. Can you help?

  Hi there, I’d be happy to help with these issues.

  I changed the theme of my blog and I can’t get the twitter widget to show up.

  Currently, you have the Twitter Timeline widget set to display the widget on category pages only. For example, you can see the widget on your book reviews category page here:

  http://midya.wordpress.com/category/book-reviews/

  You can adjust the visibility settings to make it show up on other parts of your blog, under Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard. We have more information about these settings here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

  Also, I can’t get the pictures to show up on my blog’s front page.

  For pictures to appear on the front page, each blog post needs to have a featured image. The featured image works best with images at least 350 x 248 pixels (width, height).
