  Hi, I am contacting you because I have problems with my widgets. I want to update it but when I click on “save” it doesn’t work. The image’s URL address disappear and the picture can’t be displayed.
  What can I do?

  Hi there,

  I’d be happy to help you set up your widget. Can you let me know which widget you are trying to update, and exactly what information you are entering? That will help me figure out why it isn’t working. :)

  Hi, thank you for your quick reply.

  I try to add the widget “image” but when I copy the image URL and click on “save” the image URL disappear and the image can’t be displayed on my sidebar. It’s the first time I have this kind of problem.
  It happened just after my websites renewals. Maybe it’s linked.
  The problem’s happened on the French version of my website http://www.fmyhair.fr

  Thank you for those additional details. :) Can you also give me the exact image URL you are trying to save in the image widget? There may be an issue with the URL itself, so that will also help. Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Thanks! The part at the end of the link that says ?w=200 is what’s causing the problem here. Usually, that’s used to define the image size (in this case, 200 pixels wide). Instead, you can enter the URL without that part, like this:

  

  Then, in the widget settings, you can enter a width of 200.
