I am trying to get my twitter widget working but it doesn’t seem to be loading correctly. Need Help
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You may want to review the set up steps to make sure you did each one correctly. The Twitter Timeline Widget replaced the Twitter widget so make sure you set up the right one.

how long does it usually take for it to update? Where my twitter timeline should show up it just shows a link saying Here are my Tweets…

Thanks. Okay then are you sure you entered that exact URL into the Twitter Timeline Widget?
-
All it did was ask for my widget ID number. So I went onto Twitter. Made a widget and got the code and typed it into the Widget ID space. It didn’t ask for the entire link. As it says here:http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-timeline-widget/

I don’t post such widgets on my blogs. I assume that everyone reads Twitter streams at Twitter and I’m a minimalist so I don’t have sidebars full of stuff. lol :D I know sidebars display below posts when folks use mobiles so why bother?
Anyway, yours is not working and I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I don’t know. It depends on how many bloggers posted into threads that were tagged for Staff attention before this one was tagged.

Hi there,
I checked your widget, and I see what you mean. That can happen if something is wrong with your widget ID (like a typo or missing number in the ID). Can you double check to make sure you entered the full widget ID for your Twitter widget?
You can check by going to your Twitter widgets here: https://twitter.com/settings/widgets
Then, you can click on the Edit button next to your widget and copy the widget ID from the URL again. Go ahead and paste it into your Twitter Timeline Widget on your blog. Then, click the Save button to save your changes.
If that doesn’t fix it, please let me know and I can keep investigating for you. :)

does the widget ID require the entire code that twitter gives you when you ask for a twitter widget or just the numbers? The website should really clarify that.

Hi there,
The widget ID only requires the numbers from the URL — we have a guide for finding that widget ID here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-timeline-widget/#widget-id
I just checked your Twitter Timeline Widget, and the Widget ID line is now blank. Can you try entering your widget ID again, using the steps at the link above? If anything is unclear or if you run into any problems with it, please let me know and I can provide further help. :)
