Widgets

I added widgets to my renovated blog and posted a few blogs to different widgets. But for some reason, all post are showing up under all widgets. Example: the ‘more about author’ post is not only showing up on the more about the author widget, but also under the ‘7 day challenge’ and ‘fitness routine’ widget.

It’s not possible to post blogs to different widgets. I also don’t see any widgets active on your site at https://southernbodyandmind.wordpress.com/ except for a couple search widgets and one menu widget.
There are several widgets that can list your posts on WordPress.com. The Author widget can show a number of recent posts for each author on your site. The Recent Posts widget shows a number of most recent posts for the site as a whole. And then there is the Top Posts and Pages widget, which lists the most popular posts on your site based on the number of likes and comments.
The Categories widget will show links to all categories with published posts in them, and the tags widget for tags, but neither show links to the actual posts – they link to the category or tag archive page. And the Archives widget shows links to the archive for each month in which you have posts published, but it also does not list individual posts.
But with none of these widgets except the author widget can you restrict it so only some posts will show.
